Scorpio is one of the most famous islands in Greece and throughout the world: the beloved island and "refuge" of tycoon Aristotle Onassis. The Madouri is the "home" of the National poet Valaoritis Aristotle. From the port in Nydri (Lefkada east - opposite Scorpio), itineraries for Meganisi and the surrounding islands, while Mytikas Aitoloakarnanias is connected with the islands Kalamos and Kastos.
